REQUIREMENTS:
- Five years previous experience as a legal assistant
- Successful completion of a related post-secondary Legal Assistant and/or Law Clerk program
- Handle time pressure and stress of multiple demands
SKILLS:
- Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
- Experience with creating, numbering, styling and rebuilding documents
- Familiarity using DocuSign and closing folders
- Good judgement and decision making

Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external clients
- Manage client file openings and conflict checks
- Provide administrative support with respect to docketing, billing, wire confirmations
- Organizing client marketing initiatives
- Assisting with transactions
- Create signature packages for closings
- Manage duties related to accounting
