Job Description
- Report directly to Legal Manager and be responsible for ensuring that primary legal matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your role will involve working closely with various internal departments, as well as external counsels when necessary, to provide sound legal advice and guidance. You will also be involved in drafting and reviewing certain legal documents and agreements.
- Provide all-rounded legal support to various internal departments, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external counsels to address legal matters effectively and efficiently.
- Draft and review agreements within the organization, including but not limited to service agreements, NDAs, due diligence reports, legal opinions, resolutions, and other compliance documents.
- Conduct legal research and perform legal due diligence to ensure the organization is well-informed and proactive in addressing legal issues.
- Maintain contract management system and oversee other administrative procedures related to legal matters, such as corporate secretarial duties and incorporation processes.
- Support the Legal Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hocduties as and when assigned by the Legal Manager.
