  • Scheduling appointments, hearings and conferences
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Collecting documents and information from clients
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Perform various administrative dutiesQualifications and Skills:
  • Must have good organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be highly organized and work as part of a team
