The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal environment, particularly in managing administrative tasks, maintaining legal documents, and assisting with case preparation. You will be responsible for drafting correspondence, managing calendars, conducting legal research, and ensuring smooth communication between attorneys, clients, and court officials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and case files.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Handle communication with clients, court officials, and external parties.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
