THE TEAM AND CLIENTS

We are now recruiting for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our well-established Residential Property Team. Previous experience in a property conveyancing support role would offer an advantage but we would consider a law graduate or an administrative assistant working in a similar environment.
You will play a crucial role in supporting our property law team while gaining invaluable experience to advance your career. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced property lawyers and gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of property transactions. Known for our supportive work environment and commitment to professional growth, we take pride in developing our team members into industry-leading professionals.
The team (currently comprising one Partner, one Senior Associate, five Associates, one Solicitor, four Property Executives, two Paralegals, one Trainee Solicitor and six Legal Assistants) offers specialist advice and support on many different types of conveyancing transactions and acts for a wide range of clients from individuals to business clients with a national presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring excellent levels of client service are maintained to prospective and existing clients.
  • Assisting lawyers with document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Managing client communications and enquiries.
  • Coordinating property transactions, including liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
  • Maintaining and updating case management systems.
  • Administrative involvement in the key areas of a property transaction including exchange of contracts, completion and post completion formalities.
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
