The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CRO, focusing primarily on calendar management and assisting with various administrative tasks related to risk management. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the operations of a home building company’s risk department. While a background in legal or risk management is beneficial, strong executive administrative skills are the primary requirement, and necessary task-specific training will be provided.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage calendars, schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe PDF.
Background in legal or risk management support is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Alamo, CA, and start immediately to allow for training.
If you are organized, proactive, and have a knack for managing schedules and supporting high-level executives, we invite you to apply and help keep our client’s Risk Department running smoothly during this temporary assignment.
