Responsibilities:

Legal Assistant/Team Secretary will provide a broad range of secretarial, administrative, and organizational support for members of the legal team based in London.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to approximately 20 legal and compliance professionals, including senior executives (2 E bands). Key tasks include diary management, meeting/event coordination, document preparation, and business travel bookings.
  • Organize onboarding processes for new team members and manage internal processes such as raising purchase requisitions, tracking purchase orders, and handling invoice payments.
  • Handle office administration tasks, including mail collection, courier services, and other general office duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with the wider legal team, liaising with secretaries and administrators in other Group Legal teams, and provide coverage during absences.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with administrative support teams in operating companies, relevant business areas, and group services functions.
