Responsibilities:

We are seeking an energetic and client-focused Legal Assistant to join our friendly Wills and Estates team. This is an exciting role working in a collegiate, dynamic and fast paced team supporting lawyers.
Our team includes lawyers who specialise in all aspects of estate planning (including Will and powers of attorney) & deceased estate work (including administration and litigation) so knowledge or experience in these areas and/or in broader client services roles will be valued.

The role requires a mix of legal administration skills and PA capability. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support our clients with your strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Responding to client enquiries via email and phone Assisting with drafting and preparing correspondence, documents, presentations, and bills
  • Arranging and manage calendar appointments with our people and clients
  • Assisting with managing work allocation, helping the team track and achieve their goals
  • Supporting our team with other admin tasks that come across your desk
  • File correspondence and documents
