JOB SUMMARY:

This position is part of a dedicated group preparing arbitration filings under the Federal No Surprises Act (NSA) and performing related tasks to support our NSA Legal Team. This position requires excellent writing skills and a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and proofread NSA arbitration filings.
  • Conduct thorough reviews / quality checks of arbitration packets prepared by others.
  • Collaborate with the NSA Legal Team to identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential risks in arbitration filings, as well as ways to improve them.
  • Review and organize documents and exhibits for arbitration filings.
  • Utilize the Company’s project management platform for all NSA-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, internal clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the NSA Legal Team.
