Description:
We are looking for Associate / Senior Associate who is fast, technologically savvy preferably, has knowledge of insurance law and/or experience in insurance litigation / commercial litigation for the insurance practice group specializing in insurance / commercial litigation and advisory work.
We regularly act for multi-national insurers in areas of work such as defence of claims against the insured, advising on policy liability (on issues such as material non-disclosure, condition precedent and duty of good faith), subrogation and double insurance.
