Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide precise legal administrative support.
This full-time role based in the centre of Swindon at Wat Tyler House. You will work as part of the Legal Business Support Team providing support to the Childcare Legal Team as a priority and the wider Legal Service when needed.
Reporting to the Legal Practice Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of legal administrative support.
You will need a high level of accuracy and the ability to prioritise your own workload, responding to conflicting pressures, with guidance from the Principal Childcare Solicitor and your Team Manager. A high standard of administration, communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role; the successful applicant will be a team player who is meticulous and motivated.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
