Description:

Craig Swapp & Associates is looking for a dedicated individual who shares our core values to join our team as a Legal Case Manager in Meridian, ID, US.
In this role, you will be a crucial part of our legal team, providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth progress of cases from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include managing case files and facilitating communication between clients and legal professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain detailed case files, including legal documents, correspondence, and client communications.
  • Ensure all necessary actions are taken promptly by tracking case timelines and deadlines.
  • Regularly update and maintain case management software/database.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about the status of their cases.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Obtain necessary information and documentation from clients, including updated injuries and a list of providers.
  • Facilitate communication between legal professionals, clients, and external parties.
  • Ensure timely sharing of information within the legal team and your attorney.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Collect all relevant medical records and bills.
  • Request billing ledgers, review outstanding balances, and list of providers. Ensure timely billing and/or a lien is in place.
  • Assist with resolving contractual issues with Medicare and Medicaid, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff.
  • Attend team meetings and case review sessions to provide updates on case statuses
