Legal Collections Specialist

Robert Half is seeking a Legal Collections Specialist to join the team of our client in Centennial, Colorado. As a Legal Collections Specialist, you will be focusing on handling collections, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. This role offers a contract employment opportunity, with an emphasis on legal collections and customer communication skills.

• Handle collections support effectively and efficiently
• Use legal software and case management software for tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their accounts
• Ensure accurate administration of customer claims
• Audit customer accounts and take appropriate actions
• Handle legal correspondence related to collections
• Responsible for billing functions and collecting payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
• Assist with the influx of collections support effectively
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role as a Legal Collections Specialist
• Proficient in using Case Management Software
• Proficient in using Legal software
• Experience in Collecting Payments
• Conversant with Collections procedures.
• Proven success with legal collections.
• Excellent skills in outbound calls.
• Experience in handling Legal Correspondence
