We are recruiting a professional to join our Legal team in Verona, who will be tasked with:

• Support in corporate governance projects and corporate law in general;
• Compliance issues and special regulations (anti-money laundering, GDPR, Whistleblowing, etc.)
• Preparation and review of corporate procedures and policies;
• Preparation and review of national and international contracts;
• Preparation and review of systems of powers of attorney and proxies;
• Legal support in corporate secretarial activities and intra-group transactions;

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Up to 3 years in leading national or international law firms;
• Master’s degree in Law with a grade higher than 105/110;
• Certification to practice as a lawyer;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
