What you’ll be doing - If you get excited by the following, this is the role for you.
- Work with the commercial team: Draft, review, and negotiate customer facing documents, such as commercial contracts and terms and conditions.
- Building products: Provide legal advice and support on new products and partnerships.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, Data protection Act, Regulatory laws, etc.)
- Coordinate with external counsel when necessary.

- 3+ years of experience working in a legal role, in private practice, or in-house
- Experience in financial services, strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks including PSD 2, GDPR, AML
- Law degree or equivalent in French, UK, or an EU jurisdiction law
- Fluent in French and English
- Proactive approach in identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- You enjoy developing yourself, and challenging yourself every day
- Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced, changing business and regulatory environment

In this role, you work closely with the commercial team on contracts, and help ensure that our operations are regulatory compliant. The position gives you the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high growth environment where you add value every day. You add value to the business by helping build new products and services, work on commercial deals, and ensure ongoing compliance.
Location: We would like you to work from our office in London, Vilnius or Paris two days per week, joining our team of dedicated professionals and making your mark on the world of B2B e-commerce.
