To strengthen the Legal & Compliance team of Anarosa Asset Management AG, our Alternative Investment Funds Management (AIFM) company in Balzers, we currently seek for a highly motivated and qualified
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
- Legal education (MLaw) and preferably a few years of working experience within financial investment law related matters
- Solid understanding of collective investment scheme regulation such as EU AIFMD, MiFID and relevant (national) implementation legislations
- Solid understanding of tax related and compliance matters (inclusive DTAAs, FATCA, OECD CRS, etc.
- Investment know-how providing the potential candidate with in-depth and technical understanding of a broad range of financial products
- Sophisticated legal drafting/ writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and German as well as good presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with members from the investment management and corporate teams to advise and support on a broad range of legal, regulatory, tax, compliance and corporate matters
- Centre of Competence: Acting as legal specialist across Anarosa funds and investment jurisdictions
- Responsible for monitoring of regulatory and international tax reporting standards (inter alia FATCA, OECD CRS, etc.) and compliance / KYC standards
- Interaction with service providers and stakeholders, legal counsels and supervisory authorities
- Drafting and reviewing of sophisticated product documentation, business and transaction contracts, investment structuring memos and other complex legal/ compliance and policy documents
