Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Legal & Corporate Affairs Strategy and Planning Manager to join our highly skilled and dynamic Legal and Corporate Affairs function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness through comprehensive planning, strategy development and process management. This includes contract lifecycle management, governance oversight, IT tools and service optimisation, budget and resource planning, and strategic alignment of function goals with broader business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent management, analytical, and communication skills.
As part of the offering this role will be based in Leamington , however flexibility will be required to attend to other offices as and when required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

TEAM CAPABILITIES AND TRAINING:

• Organisational capability building: use business development framework to identify the function’s individual training and development needs. Plan and implement actions to build skills and capabilities and enable individuals to improve performance and fulfil personal potential.
