- Good project management and team-working skills, with a common sense and a cost-conscious approach to legal risk management, and a willingness to drive pace and simplicity into working practices.
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy, and comfortable managing own workload and projects.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will d eliver high quality, timely and technically correct legal advice and valued support to the business in an appropriate manner that takes into account the context of the business. You will also:
- Anticipate and analyse matter related legal issues and proactively drive solutions to manage the impact of legal risk on the strategy of the business.
- Be responsible for legal risk management on a project-by-project basis and proposes and drive business orientated risk management strategies to completion.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business, its market and its strategy.
- From time to time, instruct and manage advice through external legal service providers.
- I nteract and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within Rolls-Royce, including senior and executive management, by developing trusted working relationships with a focus on senior management engagement and influence.
