We are now looking for a lawyer to join Ahlstrom’s team of experts. In this position, you will support the company’s senior legal counsels in the various legal questions of an international company – together with the legal team you assist the business to tackle any legal issues that come up. Your home office will be Ahlstrom’s office in Keilaniemi, Espoo, but you also have a flexible opportunity to work remotely with Ahlstrom’s hybrid working model.
In this position, you will join Ahlstrom’s global legal team of experienced professionals. Furthermore, you will be working closely with the business and with different functions and other stakeholders within the company such as procurement and Ahlstrom’s Intellectual Property team. In your daily work, you will be drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts, such as NDA’s and supply and purchase agreements. In addition, your daily work includes supporting with compliance matters as well as promoting and educating the business about best practices. You will also resolve legal issues relating to claims and disputes, and participate in e.g. various M&A and capex-investment projects together with the senior legal counsels in the Ahlstrom legal team. No task is too big or too small for you when handling the versatile legal questions encountered in the everyday life of an international company. Thus, an urge to develop yourself with challenging tasks is required!
