• Team member of a team of legal experts.
• Legal advice to individual country companies or subdivisions, in particular for IT-related projects.
• Focus on advising on tenders, as well as reviewing, structuring, drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts in the software project area.
• Advising executive management on the operational risk assessment of corporate decisions.
• Qualification as a legal expert (m/f/d) and professional experience in the legal support of business projects.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• Other European languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese) desirable and an advantage.
• Good communication and rhetorical skills.
• Analytical, conceptual and results-oriented way of working as well as an understanding of business contexts.
• Pragmatic way of working and willingness to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar and complex issues.
• Strong ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
