Description:
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
- Négocier et rédiger des accords commerciaux et d’autres documents juridiques.
- Capacité à gérer et à superviser les réclamations, les litiges et les contentieux en collaborant avec des avocats externes si nécessaire.
- Connaissance approfondie des politiques et procédures en matière de travail et d’emploi.
- Fournir un soutien juridique quotidien aux opérations et des conseils orientés vers les solutions à la Direction.
- Conseiller les équipes internes sur les questions de confidentialité des données et collaborer avec les équipes internes pour évaluer les risques liés à la protection des données.
- Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre d’outils et de formations pour les équipes internes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 year experience in a reputable law firm and/or in-house.
- Member of the Quebec Bar. Common law degree and /or Membership of the Bar of Ontario or another province is an asset.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Team player but have the ability to work independently.
- Available to travel occasionally if necessary.
- Hospitality/Travel industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and other legal documents.
- Ability to manage and supervise claims, disputes, and litigation collaborating with outside counsel as needed.
- Strong knowledge in Labor and Employment policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to operations and solution-oriented advice to management.
- Advise internal teams on Data Privacy matters and collaborate with internal teams to assess data protection risks.
- Participate in the development and implementation of tools and trainings for internal teams.
