LEGAL COUNSEL / COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Visma consists of a large group of leading software companies with presence across Europe and beyond. Our Legal & Compliance team assists Visma companies in navigating the increasingly complex legal landscape. Key legal domains include data protection, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Support Visma companies in adhering to relevant EU laws, including laws related to privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and sustainability.
- Create guidelines, templates, assessments, and similar.
- Stay updated with new EU regulations, focusing on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and sustainability.
- Assist in managing security/privacy incidents.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Provide expert legal advice on various legal questions, influencing how Visma companies operate.
