THE OPPORTUNITY-
We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join Cyberbit’s dynamic and proactive legal department. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of cybersecurity technology while developing your legal expertise in an international context.
QUALIFICATIONS-
- Qualified lawyer in England with 2-4 years of experience in commercial international law
- Experience in technology law, preferably within a legal department of a tech company or a Hi-Tech department of a leading law firm
- Strong background in data protection, intellectual property, licensing, and commercial negotiations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solver with a business-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and close a wide variety of commercial contracts with international customers, suppliers, and partners
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to senior management on significant issues
- Handle data protection and privacy matters, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Address intellectual property concerns, including copyright and trademark issues
- Manage licensing agreements and complex commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with all company departments across global locations
- Manage and work closely with external law firms in different territories
- Contribute to the development of corporate policies
- Handle HR-related legal matters across various territories
