WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Legal Counsel at Doconomy, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, playing a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting our dynamic business operations.

You’ll be an instrumental part of a collaborative and passionate team of two. You will be reporting to Doconomy’s Head of Legal.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements – from license and SaaS agreements to strategic partnership deals.
• Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, including corporate governance and corporate finance, such as support in relation to options programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, and Product, to make sure we minimize risks, maximize opportunities, and help navigate complex challenges.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Help develop and implement legal strategies and policies to protect the company’s intellectual property and other valuable assets.
