Responsibilities:

You will join a diverse and truly innovative global legal team with a strong focus on delivering high class legal advice to our international sales organization. In doing so you will:

  • Draft and negotiate a variety of international agreements with vendors, customers and partners, including sales (authorized dealership, service partner, sales representative agreements, buying group agreements etc.), distribution, and service agreements
  • Draft and review policies and standards related to sales (in particular e-commerce and social commerce) and distribution
  • Provide legal expert advice and guidance to various internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Legal, Tax, Customs etc.) on a variety of operational, regulatory as well as commercial matters regarding sales and distribution of our products via various channels
  • Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory developments in distribution, trade, import/export, and support the business teams in understanding and complying with legal and regulatory requirements when launching new business models or identifying new sales channels
  • Coordinate and steer cooperation with external lawyers
  • Build cross-team relationships across a highly matrixed international organisation, partnering with different legal, business, and cross functional teams, to deliver projects against short timeframes, setting appropriate priorities, and managing legal risk
  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing templates, processes and procedures and develop and implement strategies to scale and standardize the use of legal resources
  • Business travels to group companies might be required from time to time
