Legal Counsel

Our team of Core Business Services is the backbone to the entire EY Belgium organization: from marketing & HR to facilities and overall legal and finance. You are the launching platform from which the EY brand, businesses and your colleagues can take flight.

As a vital member of our compact legal team, you will report directly to the General Counsel. Your core responsibilities include:

• drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse array of agreements, such as client and supplier contracts, NDAs, consortium agreements, IT agreements, and real estate agreements
• supporting M&A projects
• supporting the corporate housekeeping processes
• offering legal assistance to EY’s internal functions, including Finance, HR, IT, Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Facilities, and Risk Management, on both national and international levels.

We expect you to integrate swiftly into our team, establish a robust internal network, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments and countries.
