Legal Counsel, FMCG - (1 Year Contract - Extension or Conversion to Perm)

My client is currently looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore.

The Role

• Providing legal services and maintaining and coordinating contract administration
• Prepare, draft, negotiate and advise on all aspects of customer/ supplier/ license/ distributor/ non-disclosure agreements
• Assist with contract drafting/vetting and negotiation across the various business units
• Perform other related duties as assigned

To Qualify

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 5 - 7 or more years of experience in related field
• Fluent in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
