Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating national and international contracts in all areas of Intellectual Property, such as Marketing/Advertising Production (e.g., Design, Copyright, Personal Rights Agreements, such as Models, Influencer and Testimonials), Media, IT, R&D, as well as Digital Marketing and Market Research
- Interdisciplinary internal cooperation with various stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Marketing, Data Protection, Tax etc.)
- Analysis of legal risks and development of business-oriented solutions
- Providing legal advice to the business on contract related matters
- Continuous development of our contract templates, standards, and processes, including digitization
- Coordination of and cooperation with external lawyers
