• Provide legal counsel for E.ON’s central Digital Technology organization.
• Translate data/digital regulation requirements into actionable measures and support implementation.
• Draft project and operating contracts for new sales models and technologies.
• Design terms of use and frameworks for software and digital services.
• Support legal and operational compliance with data protection and digital law requirements.
• Negotiate and enable data protection agreements, including data processing and controller-to-controller agreements.
• Act as point of contact for alignment with E.ON group internal Legal or Regulatory departments
