Responsibilities
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), or the equivalent;
  • You are a member of the Quebec Bar or an eligible Quebec Bar articling student;
  • You are a lawyer of up to two years of experience (or an articling student) motivated to develop your competencies in a dynamic corporate environment;
  • You have some experience or have taken university courses in labour and employment law, or have a keen interest in this field;
  • You are completely bilingual (French and English) and have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • You have strong organization skills and attention to detail and demonstrate a high level of initiative and rigor in a dynamic business environment;
  • You are familiar with most of the IT tools generally used in such positions (e.g. Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power point, Soquij, CanLII, etc.);
  • Experience or interest in data protection and privacy is an asset.
