We’re looking for a proactive person who can thrive in a global, data-driven company. If you’re passionate about IT, data privacy and tech law, whilst reducing legal complexities and fostering innovation, this role is perfect for you. The ideal candidate cares deeply about their work and our mission, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings critical thinking, optimism, and resilience.
QUALIFICATIONS
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
- A Cand.merc.(jur.) or Cand.jur., or an equivalent law degree (such as an LL.M. from another EU country), with 2-4 years of relevant experience with a law-firm background or experience from working in a multinational company.
- Experience with privacy regulations, such as GDPR.
- Experience with and a good understanding of technology-related legal matters.
- Experience advising business stakeholders on projects involving processing personal data.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, and you enjoy thinking creatively to identify solutions while working closely with various teams across the company, including commercial, product, and engineering.
- You have a go-getter, optimistic attitude, a desire to learn quickly, and you’re ready to contribute to Lenus’ success from day one.
- You have a pragmatic approach to creative legal problem-solving, including researching novel and ambiguous legal areas.
- You appreciate autonomy and flexibility in your work, and enjoy the option to join a yoga class in the morning or play padel in the afternoon.
- You are fluent in English, in both written and verbal form.
We encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes!
AT LENUS, WE VALUE DIVERSE PERSPECTIVES AND EXPERIENCES. EVEN IF YOU DON’T MEET EVERY QUALIFICATION, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY. YOUR UNIQUE SKILLS AND BACKGROUND COULD BE JUST WHAT WE NEED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER.
We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
