POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is a vacancy for a hybrid/on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity.
As we expand, we are seeking a competent Legal Counsel (m/f/x) with a Commercial focus to join our growing Finance department. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in navigating complex legal landscapes, supporting our business operations primarily in the DACH region, and mitigating risks while enabling business growth. YOU’LL GET TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF:

• Reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements and documents like SaaS terms, DPA, NDA, MSA, Partner agreements, RFPs, and service contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements
• Supporting business teams on commercial law matters and risks, including sales, distribution, deal structures, marketing, and competition law
• Offering expert advice on IT & Data Protection Law and IT-related legal matters, including software licensing, data protection, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and technology transactions
• Managing legal aspects of disputes or conflicts that may arise, seeking resolutions through negotiation or other appropriate means
• Contributing to various projects and initiatives, including training programs, maintaining guidance documents, CLM tool management, and staying updated on industry legislation and regulations
• Cooperating closely with the management team in all other legal aspects and acting as central coordinator for external lawyers and other legal advisors
