As a Legal Counsel Global Contracts Pharmaceuticals LLC based in Frankfurt Germany, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements along the entire value chain of a pharmaceutical company for global contracts of our affiliate Merz Pharmaceuticals LLC
- Provide business-focused and reliable legal advice to internal stakeholders on various topics, such as clinical studies, marketing and medical projects and the release of promotional and medical material
- Identify and analyze legal risks, and develop and implement legally and economically sound solutions to mitigate them in relation to the business relationship with our US subsidiary
- Identify training needs among business stakeholders and develop and present training and education on relevant legal topics
- Collaborate with the tax department on intercompany contracts and restructuring projects
- Coordinate and manage external counsel as required for advice across various jurisdictions
- Coorporate closely with the US Legal Department
