YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE

️ enhancing our team as a specialist in all legal issues with a focus on IP/IT law, corporate law, data protection law, compliance and employment law
️ working closely with legal partners such as lawyers, notaries, tax consultants and support management in legal matters at national and international level
️ supporting our sales and people team with legal issues such as the creation of customer contracts and labor law topics
️ developing guidelines, concepts, processes, principles and agreements
️ offering legal support in M&A processes
️ participating in the development and implementation of strategic contract management
️ conducting in-house training courses on legal topics and be the contact person for colleagues from other departments for legal questions

THE FOLLOWING WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

️you are a fully qualified lawyer in Germany (“VolljuristIn”) or have completed a legal degree
️at least 3 years of professional experience in a legal department of a company or in a law firm and solid knowledge of German labor law
️ ability to prioritize conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced business environment
️ expertise in reviewing and developing of contracts, preferably in the field of IP/IT law
️ experience with fulfilling due diligence responsibilities within supply chains, including the creation and alignment of guidelines and policies
️ strong negotiation and communication skills
️ strategic and creative thinking and an entrepreneurial way to familiarize yourself well with technical issues
️ full professional German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
