As part of our legal team, you will interact with various teams across the company including Marketing, HR, Engineering and Sales . You will report to the General Counsel and join the Legal Team at our HQ in Bad Homburg, Germany.
What you will do:
- You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements, marketing agreements, software licensing agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts, etc. You will also be tasked with template creation, drafting internal policies, and providing general legal advice to all business functions.
- You will provide support on a broad range of legal topics such as general corporate, compliance, commercial and other transactions, and ad hoc projects.
- You will set up new processes, draft new templates, and create new workflows for the Legal team, but also for collobaration with other stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- An LLB/JD or equivalent degree in law and active membership in your local jurisdiction.
- You have 3+ years of relevant experience.
- You have expertise in contract law and software licensing.
- You should have a decent understanding of technology laws.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are skilled in providing pragmatic legal advice, have business know how and can support the business in a practical and compliant manner.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, efficient and can work in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
Nice to have
- A high level of interest in technology

- Expertise in copyright, trademark and to some degree patent law
- A good understanding of the creative industry
- German Language fluency
