ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will provide legal advice with appropriate support as needed with Regulatory Advisory and Financial Crime Legal colleagues and stakeholders. This role will assist stakeholders to consider holistic implications of financial crime issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide subject matter expertise and legal advice on financial crime laws and associated regulatory issues to NAB Group.
- Advise on and (if appropriate) support any updates to NAB Group policy and procedure in relation to financial crime, including the NAB Group AML/CTF Program.
- Have the opportunity to provide legal advice in relation to a range of other regulatory issues and engagements, including regulator consultations.
- Contribute effectively as a member of the Regulatory Advisory Legal team.
