We are expanding our legal department and we’re looking for a Business Lawyer to join our Legal team LatAm. You will be responsible of keeping in touch with external suppliers, providing legal advices about LatAm region and creating new legal processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working as in-house legal counsel for IT companies or law firms providing support for IT.
- Working experience at the international company will be additional plus;
- 5+ years of experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in law, additional education would be a plus;
- English language proficiency
- Strong experience in Civil law, Media/Marketing/Advertising regulation, Consumer protection regulation, Pre-litigation: claims resolution, Commercial law/Contracts.
- As an additional plus will be experience in Data protection, Intellectual property, Fintech;
- Solid case evaluation abilities, critical thinking skills, and the capacity to oversee a large portfolio of high-severity matters;

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for up to 6 countries in the region;
- Serve as a front-line counsel, identifying and resolving issues impacting the dynamic business operations;
- Legal support for launches in new countries as well as new businesses;
- Provide legal advice on different matters such as Civil law, Media/Marketing/Advertising regulation, Consumer regulation, Digital law, Contracts/Commercial law, Fintech, Digital employment/Labor regulation, Digital platforms regulation, Antitrust law, Dispute resolution/Claims;
- Monitor and making an analysis of upcoming regulation, prepare the action plan being implemented in the operational structure of the Company;
- Analyze and manage claims/cases to effectively participate in decision making process according to the legal strategy of the Company;
- Work across our business and legal teams and collaborate on cross-functional projects to provide comprehensive advice and create solutions;
- Provide legal review and legal support to all the marketing/media/advertising campaigns launching in the countries of the presence;
- Ensure compliance with regulations applicable to operations of the Company across multiple countries and regulatory schemes, and craft effective measures for internal and external compliance;
- Drafting policies and applicable guidelines for our users and internal usage;
- Manage different types of government authorities requests;
- Manage external vendors.
