Legal Counsel - REITS / Asset Management

My client within the Real Estate space is looking to hire a Legal Counsel on a .

This is a newly created role and you will be supporting the business mainly with drafting and reviewing agreement, loan agreement, investment agreement, sales and purchase agreement in M&A deals, and other general documents for real estate sector e.g. JV agreement, tender document, construction agreement and etc.

• The person needs to have good knowledge in Singapore general corporate laws, contract laws, with exposure to M&As and the real estate industry.

To Qualify

• Admission to the Commonwealth Bar / LLB is a must
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• In-house legal experience is a plus
