Responsibilities:
- You will take the lead on reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with customers, suppliers and other third parties.
- You will provide information to internal stakeholders about contracts, terms and conditions, legal and compliance and offer advice to keep Tellent as scalable and flexible as possible.
- You will perform vendor reviews and application reviews in line with company policies.
- You will, together with the rest of the legal team, work on creating and maintaining scalable and compliant business practices and help to improve legal department processes.
- You will, together with the rest of the legal team, work on company projects and on specific legal projects to help Tellent become more successful
