You will be working in the Teradyne Robotics Legal Department and provide legal counsel to both Universal Robots A/S and its sister company Mobile Industrial Robots A/S. To gain success in the job it is important that you are collaborative, a team player who can take initiative and that you are a self-starter. The job also demands that you can work on multiple projects at one time, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Additionally, you have strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong judgments skills are also a necessity. Your key responsibility will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial contracts including distribution agreements, sales agreements with major international companies, sourcing agreements, technology and license agreements, guarantees, and other financial instruments.
  • Developing, maintaining, and revising corporate contract templates.
  • Developing and maintaining business processes, governance, and internal policies
  • Providing legal advice to our key business stakeholders.
  • Assisting in dispute resolution with customers and suppliers.
  • Working on various compliance matters, including export/import regulations and date privacy laws
  • Working on various ad hoc strategic initiatives
