Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
Law degree and successful bar exams in Hungary
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience (especially commercial law and labour law) in an international law firm or in multinational corporate environmentManage MS Office programs with confidence.
- > Fluent English and Hungarian language skills; German language skill is an advantage

Responsibilities:
Legal Support to various business units at the company, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
Strong focus on legal advice in labour law and data privacy related legal issues.
Contract management and negotiation: Independent drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements (including sales and supplier agreement)
Support the company in assessing and identifying legal risks associated with the company’s business activity and planned projects.
Develop and implement solutions to avoid these risks, in cooperation with central departments.
In case of dispute resolution managing and support of the company in legal disputes, litigation and close cooperation with external attorney.
Cooperation with HQ Legal department in local and EU law related legal topics
Legal research and keeping updated in legal trends and latest legislation
Willingness to travel on business trips regularly within Hungary
Support of the work of the General Counsel Hungary
