In-house advisory and legal assistance to all YTWS legal entities with a focus on Italian matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Legal Team in legal research and analysis and monitoring of regulatory requirements;
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and a variety of contracts/agreements ranging from manufacturing, commercial, etc.;
  • Support the legal team in ensuring compliance;
  • Assist in corporate governance matters, including managing board minutes and corporate filings;
  • Assist in managing legal disputes, including handling pre-litigation matters;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A law degree and a strong academic record
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in providing in-house legal services
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts;
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Experience in working at multi-national and corporate environment is an advantage
