We have a new, brilliant opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join our Group Legal function as our Legal Counsel.
\n
Joining us at ZIGUP, your role will be critical in managing legal risk by advising and supporting the commercial team and board during the tendering and negotiation phases of commercial transactions, to ensure implementation of relevant risk management policies.
\n
As our Group Legal Counsel, your day to day will largely involve advising, drafting, revising, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and providing legal advice as required by the business on a variety of matters from contract interpretation to developments and changes in relevant legislation.
