Description:
Safilo is looking for a brilliant, dynamic, and motivated new talent to join the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department, based in Padova HQ, for a 6 months internship. The person will engage with the key dynamics of the eyewear industry, with an unmatched opportunity to support, develop, and practice legal skills within Safilo’s Legal and Corporate Affairs Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be involved in digital processes, in particular, the implementation of electronic signature and Contract Lifecycle Management platforms;
- Support on training to colleagues connected with the digitalization of processes;
- Analysis and revision of national and international agreements in various legal areas (Marketing, IP, Supply, Services, etc.) for the purpose of the implementation of a contract automation platform;
- Support the drafting and revision of national and international agreements in various legal areas (Marketing, IP, Supply, Services, etc.);
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices and continuous reviews with other functions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Law;
- Plus is knowledge of Legal Tech and Digitalization processes;
- Solid knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Precise and detail oriented;
- Strong team player able to deliver objectives;
- Open to learn, problem solver, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
