JOB SUMMARY:
As a Legal Entity Governance Manager within our dynamic and growing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager (GM) by leading and coordinating governance activities across various executive and management committees. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective governance processes, managing communications, and overseeing the preparation of official documents and events. You will help streamline activities currently managed by multiple stakeholders, thereby reducing duplication and enhancing coherence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a related field.
- Past experience in a governance, executive support, or a similar role.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- Experience in a corporate or financial services environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French while German would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
As Governance Manager you would be expected to:
- Provide Executive Committee support.
- Manage logistics for executive committee meetings, including setup and coordination.
- Own the preparation and distribution of meeting materials, including decks and official documents.
- Follow up on action items and related activities post-meetings.
- Take minutes during sessions and validate them with relevant stakeholders.
- Organize theme-specific sessions with executive committee members, including events with external participants.
- Oversee logistics and setup for core management meetings.
- Provide oversight of General Manager Activities with Board of Directors & ARC
- Partner with the Office of the Secretary (OTS) for general organization and associated events.
- Oversee the preparation of board-level letters and official publications owned by the legal entity, such as annual review letters to shareholders and ESG reporting.
- Manage Communications and Marketing for Town Halls, and all GM updates staff updates
