JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an opportunity to work in a highly international environment with main collaboration partners in New York, London, Paris and Luxemburg. The opportunity is to join the JPMSE CRO Team. The JPMSE CRO team supports CRO and works in close partnership with all lines of business, line of business aligned risk teams and functional areas to promote consistent risk management practices.
As a CRO Team Analyst within Legal Entity Risk team, you will be instrumental in the local implementation of Risk Initiatives and the Legal Entity Risk agenda. You will work closely with the broader CRO Team, and work with other teams including location Controls, Finance and Business Management, Technology and Audit.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to aggregate data and identify root causes
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident in both verbal and written communication at all levels, influencing action and change
- Strong prioritisation, planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to act with own initiative
- Eagerness to learn about Risk, Risk Parameters, Regulatory and Accounting concepts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Masters/MBA a plus
- Initial relevant experience in Risk Management, preferably in a banking institution.
- Experience with banking regulation

Responsibilities:
- Support the CRO team deliveries
- Support the coordination of Risk stripes input into Legal Entity Risk Framework and support the oversight of risks at legal entity level
- Support the production of reports
- Support the coordination of input from risk stripe owners
- Deliver and maintain robust documentation of all the required regulatory reports, including supporting information and maintain risk models in accordance with JPMC model policies and standards
- Present results and risk analysis to senior management
