The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a global law firm in their DC office. The Assistant will manage calendars, logistics, and expenses for multiple attorneys and collaborate across departments. Dynamic candidates with demonstrated administrative experience and excellent problem solving skills are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate meetings and arrange travel for attorneys
- Manage expense reports
- Maintain contact information for clients and manage the database
- Collaborate with various teams including accounting and business development teams
- Collaborate with team on various projects and initiatives
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of administrative support experience
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
