This role is essential in supporting the firm’s client management operations by overseeing the logistics of legal cases, ensuring smooth workflow, and client communication, and maintaining compliance with legal procedures.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Law degree with 3+ years of experience, specifically in personal injury law
  • Proven expertise in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and demonstrate empathy with clients.
  • High attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and case management
  • Strong client-focused approach, providing clear, responsive support throughout the legal process
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in gathering initial information, assessing client needs, and determining the best steps to manage their cases. In this dual role, you will oversee the intake process and manage client cases, providing consistent support and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through ongoing case management.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Serve as the primary contact for potential clients, guiding them through the intake process with empathy and professionalism.
  • Gather, document, and assess client information to determine case viability and align with legal requirements.
  • Use CRM software to manage and track client interactions, ensuring accurate records and efficient case progress.
  • Coordinate with attorneys to set expectations and prioritize cases, ensuring each client receives timely communication and support.
  • Maintain detailed records and tracked case progress, providing updates to clients and supporting case-related needs.
  • Monitor case milestones and deadlines, helping ensure that client cases progress efficiently and meet legal standards.
