$18 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:
As a Legal Intake Specialist with a focus on client’s needs, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team while actively contributing to the growth of the client base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling appointments for potential clients who align with our criteria, utilizing your sales skills to effectively convey the value of our legal services, and ensuring our lawyers’ schedules remain organized.
- Conducting surveys with potential clients to gauge their suitability for our practice, showcasing empathetic listening skills.
- Managing paperwork and conducting data entry tasks in our case management system, applying your client-centric sales mindset to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, and efficiently organizing current client files.
- Overseeing various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, research, and answering phones, with a commitment to maintaining productivity while prioritizing the needs of clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to orchestrate initiatives and foster relationships to expand our prospective client base while ensuring client needs remain paramount.
- Engaging with potential new clients in a sales-oriented manner, actively listening to their concerns, and gathering pertinent information to evaluate the suitability of their legal case for our team.
- Coordinating appointment times with attorneys’ calendars, managing schedules, and prioritizing client meetings with sensitivity to their needs.
- Thoroughly documenting phone conversations with clients and potential new clients in the Firm’s Case Management Software System, maintaining accurate records to facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Compiling necessary documentation into the Firm’s Case Management system for attorneys’ client meetings, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to serving clients’ best interests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly within a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
- Strong organizational skills, marked by meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Empathetic listener with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
