KIT has a vacancy for a legal intern (32-40 hours) to assist the Project Office & Business Development department in the challenging task of supporting over 100 KIT experts, who carry out development projects worldwide in Health, Education, Economic Development and Gender. Responsibilities:

As a legal intern, you will help with various aspect related to privacy and data protection, corporate compliance, contract management as well as tendering and acquisitions.

Contract Management

  • Assist in drafting & reviewing contracts.
  • Help maintain and revise legal and contract templates.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Assist in updating privacy policies and related documents.
  • Support in various privacy and compliance-related tasks.
  • Support corporate compliance and adherence to regulatory standards

Tender and acquisitions

  • Assist colleagues in the Project Office team with identifying and screening opportunities.
  • Prepare required documentation for acquisitions.
